Peter Ulrich has extensive sales and support experience with high tech products, including over 25 years experience in training, consulting and customer support; in all 30 years of direct customer contact.
Peter created The Support Strategist to apply his knowledge and experience to help other companies realize a sustaining competitive advantage through the development of strong customer allegiance by taking customer support and satisfaction to a new level.
What we do
We help our clients to focus on the most valuable element of their business — their relationships with their customers —with our primary emphasis on customer retention.
We investigate these relationships from the points-of-view of both the client and their customers.
